PBIS
Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) at Lincoln:
Overview
Lincoln School is proud of our behavioral support plan that is fair, restorative and consistent for all students. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) focuses on creating and sustaining school-wide, classroom, and individual systems of support that improve the educational environment for all children. Our aim is to explicitly teach and model behavioral expectations and then recognize the positive behaviors shown to support Positive School Climate. All students and staff have a responsibility to do their part in creating and maintaining a respectful and safe learning environment. By making our school a safe and enjoyable place for everybody, learning time will increase and academic and social success will be promoted.
Being a Lincoln Panther means:
I am responsible
I am respectful
I am safe
I am kind
